Introduction
Counter Solutions have a selection of Software applications
able to run in Standalone form, or linked together for ultimate
flexibility.
Outletwise can be operated alone to manage the EPoS range
of products. If more detailed sales and stock information
is required, the linking of Stock- Wise allows on line down
dating of stock items as soon as they are sold via the EPoS
terminals, The ability to enter deliveries and take stock
through the system gives accurate and meaningful Stock reports
and results. The additions to Stockwise of AccountWise and
Invoice Matching, allow the catering departments to be completely
self sufficient from a financial perspective.
Cashless Catering and Vending can be linked via our Cardwise
application to Outletwise, to allow the payment for goods
at the EPoS terminal via Smart Cards. The CardWise database
holds profiles for each and every card-holder, storing transaction
history and latest card balances, making the process of
replacing lost or stolen cards more straight forward and
accurate.
With the addition of EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to
OutletWise and CardWise, this allows online authorisation
of credit and debit cards at the EPoS terminals, and at
Customer Service Points to load value to the e-purse.
